How to invite your Facebook friends to like your Facebook page

Inviting your friends to like your page gets you more likes!

Did you know that Facebook doesn’t automatically suggest your Business page to your Facebook friends? You have to do it manually. Fortunately, it’s very easy. I’ve put together this post to help your friends to like your Facebook page! 

It’s very easy to ask your facebook friends to like your page on your phone or tablet!

The easiest way to ask your personal Facebook friends to like your Business Facebook Page is through the Facebook Pages Manager on your phone or tablet! When you download the Facebook Pages Manager App, it will then prompt you to login with your personal profile, then it will ask you which of your pages you want to log in as (If you have multiple pages) or if you only manage one, it will automatically log you in as your business page.

Here’s what the logo looks like for the Facebook Pages Manager! You will likely only see the yellow flag in the app store.

When you log into Facebook Pages Manager, it should give you the option right there on your home screen to invite your Facebook friends! Click the button, and a list of your friends will pop up. Just click the “Invite” button next to each of them! They will get a notification from your page that they are invited to like the page. For example, my invites look like – ” DD & Co. invites you to like their page!”

You can also invite people to like your Facebook page by using your desktop or laptop computer! You’ll want to login as you, then switch to your Facebook Buiness Page profile. Once you are in that view, you’ll see a menu below your logo and header image. That menu will have a button with three dots on it – … click that button and a dropdown will pop up. Scroll down and select the “Invite friends” button.

Once you click on that button, a window will pop up and it will give you a generic message you can send to people. “Hi, I’m inviting you to like this Page because I thought you might be interested in supporting it.” I like to personalize this message, it  lets people know it’s not SPAM and you can also say hello 🙂 

That’s it! Watch the likes roll in! You can also share your Facebook page and ask your friends to like it and share it as well to grow your following.
